  When we arrived at night the condo was dirty, sheets hadn't been changed, hairs in the bed and bathroom. A phone call the next day remedied the situation...but we were forced to sleep in dirty condo our first night.

  Had a great stay at Caribe Island Resort. It's 2 1/2 miles south of town, but I enjoyed the exercise. Extremely clean, well constructed, with quality built furnishings. Single mattress on built in frame to firm for me but bearable. As with all tropic deterioration could use new faucets and door knob. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
